The Matrix says:

This is getting tricky! Getting good quality without effort is hard. At this quality-level, pre-ground coffee just will not do. You need to look at Super-Automatic machines, such as those made by Jura. Try to get beans from bulk bins in the grocery store, which are slightly better and fresher than pre-bagged beans.

Super-autos have a grinder and a coffee maker in the same package. They can be very convenient, but you have to pay for quality and durability in this space. Super-autos generally are prone to breaking because they have so many moving parts, and it’s difficult to manage the moisture that coffee making produces. The final drawback is if something goes wrong with either the grinder or the coffee maker, the whole operation needs to be repaired or replaced all at once.

If you’re going this route, consider upgrading to high-quality beans to get the most out of your machine. Or consider doing a bit more work yourself to save a lot of money.
