Your kid, at their best.

Navigating the mental game challenges of junior tennis.

Transform your young player’s game with a stronger mental approach.

I get it. Junior tennis can be frustrating and stressful, for players and parents alike.

As a parent, it can be a helpless feeling, watching your kid play, knowing they could be playing so much better. What are the steps to get them there?

Twenty years ago, I started looking for answers for how to perform more consistently in my own matches, and how to help my students do the same. I started by training with tour veteran coaches, then got a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology. Looking for the most direct way to apply what I learned, I began coaching college teams, which allowed me to work with national and world-class players at the Division I (Harvard University) and Division III (MIT) level.

Now, I am helping young players become stronger competitors. If your kid needs a boost in their mental game, I am here to help.

Mental Skills Training

Building a great mental game involves two distinct spheres that affect how you play: your approach to training and playing, and your actions and thoughts during those activities. Your approach sets the foundation for what is possible with the skills that you learn and practice.

Competition Analysis

Video or live observation combines with your own pre- and post-match journal entries to plot your course to better results.
