In either case, we want a great grind, so a high-end hand grinder or a great electric grinder are the call. Aeropress and Clever are a bit more forgiving of technique and grind, so the drip machine may require a bit more in terms of trial and error, and playing with settings and grind. Scale and great beans are required.
